Spring Wood Basics 

May 4-7, 2026

Spring Wood Basics took place May 4–7 in Raleigh, North Carolina, bringing together industry professionals for an immersive learning experience. Attendees participated in mill tours at Roseburg Forest Products and binderholz, where they gained valuable hands-on insights and had the unique opportunity to compare a traditional North American mill with a European-style operation firsthand. The program also included a visit to NC State University, along with practical skills development sessions covering topics such as negotiation strategies and other essential professional competencies.
