Cancellation Policy

A full refund minus a $200 administrative fee will be granted to cancellations made in writing by Monday, August 18, 2025. Regrettably, no refunds will be given on cancellations received after August 18, 2025. As only 45 seats are available per course, registrations are not officially confirmed until payment is received. Priority will be given to paid registrations.
