Join NAWLA’s mentorship program as a mentor or mentee to enhance your professional growth, develop leadership skills, and advance your career. Based on member feedback expressing a desire for entry-level industry guidance, NAWLA has expanded its mentorship program to all members. Whether you want to share your expertise or gain valuable insights, every NAWLA member is welcome to participate.

Interested in becoming a mentee or mentor? Log in to your NAWLA account and fill out the questionnaire before it closes Friday, January 31, 2025. Mentee and Mentor pairings will be finalized in March 2025.

The ideal mentor possesses at least 10 years of management, supervisory and/or financial management experience (in any field), and is a current or incumbent senior leader of a forest products industry company or division who wishes to share leadership and management skills with future leaders.
