Whether you want to share your expertise or gain valuable insights, every NAWLA member is welcome to participate.

The ideal mentor possesses at least 10 years of management, supervisory and/or financial management experience (in any field), and is a current or incumbent senior leader of a forest products industry company or division who wishes to share leadership and management skills with future leaders.
Mentee and Mentor pairings will be finalized in March 2025.
